Dear Gene & Sandy:

How to put into words these past 4-1/2 year -- "Blake's Place" has done an outstanding 
job for us here at Segate-Anageim.  Catering the small weekly lunch meeting, special functions, 
"Thanksgiving" 4-shift lunch/dinners serving 1,200 to our finale SHUT DOWN party serving 700 guests.

The only words that come to mind is "TRUST" and "CONFIDENCE".  I never worried if there would 
be enough food or the lever of service given.  Your employees have ALWAYS been courteous, 
professional, and fun!  Your service is GREAT and the food especially AWESOME!

Gene and Sandy - thank you  fort for a great 4-1/2 years!  I will miss doing business with you,
but where ever our travels takes us - I know our paths will meet again!
